Andan Chiropractic is an office that is focused on providing the highest quality of chiropractic care. We provide care to brand new infants, children, teens, adults, pregnant moms, and seniors. We do work in cooperation with a patient's other medical care providers when the needs arises.
The techniques used by Dr. Dan include Thompson Technique, Pediatric Adjusting (low force), Diversified, Palmer, Pierce, and Gonstead. Dr. Dan is honored to have known and studied with Dr. J. Clay Thompson personally.
Dr. Dan is both certified and experienced in "Webster Technique," and he receives referals from both lay midwives who attend home births and CNMs who practice in hospitals to provide care for pregnant moms who are carrying in the breech position as they approach labor. In 2004, Dr. Dan became the only chiropractor in the state of Michigan to have earned a Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). This post doctoral degree required 3 years (360 hours) of coursework and Board exams in topics such as In-Utero Constraint (Webster Technique), low force technique, cranial sacral, radiographic safety, nutrition, and the immune system.
Dr. Dan also earned a Fellowship through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). This 120 hour course was completed in 2001.
